Before you pay: You can preview your personalized invitation exactly as it will look — including your text, photos, and font sizing — for free, for as long as you like. Please review your preview carefully before proceeding to payment. If something goes wrong on our end: If your payment was deducted but your order doesn’t show as confirmed, or if your downloaded file is corrupted, missing, or doesn’t match what you saw in the preview, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
